What you'll need before registering
Before you start the ADA99 registration process, gather the following items. Having everything ready means you can complete signup and your first deposit in one uninterrupted session:
- Malaysian phone number — a working mobile number with a +60 prefix (013, 016, 017, 018, or 019) for OTP verification
- Email address — a valid address you check regularly; ADA99 sends a welcome email and future notifications here
- Bank account or e-wallet — DuitNow, FPX-enabled bank, or TNG/Boost/GrabPay for your first deposit
- Stable internet connection — WiFi or 4G is sufficient; avoid registering on spotty connections as page reloads can lose form progress
- 5 minutes of uninterrupted time — registration takes 3 minutes, plus 2 minutes for your first deposit
Note on MyKad / NRIC: You do not need your identity card during registration. ADA99 defers KYC verification until your first withdrawal — this is standard practice for the platform and means you can start playing immediately after depositing.
You must be 18 years or older to create an ADA99 account. The platform verifies age at the KYC stage when you request your first withdrawal.
Step 1: Open the registration page
Click any "Register" button on this site (or the button above) to open the ADA99 registration page in a new tab. The link takes you directly to ada99.asia — the official operator domain.
Before entering any information, verify two things:
- Check the URL bar — it should show
ada99.asia. If the domain looks different, close the tab immediately. This is a basic anti-phishing step that takes one second and protects your credentials. - Look for the SSL padlock — the padlock icon next to the URL confirms the connection is encrypted. All data you enter is protected by 256-bit SSL.
The registration page layout shows the signup form on the left and a welcome offer banner on the right. You'll notice an affiliate ID field that's already pre-filled — this credits the affiliate partner (us) and has zero impact on your player benefits, bonus eligibility, or account terms.
Common pitfall: Clicking your browser's back button during registration loses your form progress. Keep the registration tab open until you've completed all steps. If the page freezes, refresh rather than navigating away.
Step 2: Fill in your details
The registration form asks for five pieces of information. Here's what each field requires and the mistakes to avoid:
- Username (6–12 characters) — letters and numbers only, no special characters. Usernames are case-sensitive. Pick something memorable but not obvious (avoid using your real name or phone number). If your first choice is taken, append digits or try an underscore variant.
- Password (8+ characters) — must include a mix of uppercase, lowercase, and at least one number. No spaces allowed. Weak passwords get rejected — use a passphrase like
RedDragon2026!rather than a single dictionary word. - Phone number — enter your Malaysian mobile number in +60 format followed by your number without the leading zero. For example, if your number is 016-xxx-xxxx, enter +6016xxxxxxx. Valid prefixes include 013, 016, 017, 018, and 019.
- Email — use a working address you check regularly. ADA99 sends a welcome email plus deposit and withdrawal notifications here.
- Currency — select MYR (Malaysian Ringgit). This is the default and should already be pre-selected.
The promo code field is pre-filled by the affiliate link — do not edit or delete it. It doesn't affect your bonus amount or terms.
Double-check every field before submitting. The most common errors are username conflicts (already taken) and phone number formatting (missing the +60 prefix or including a leading zero).
Step 3: Verify your phone via OTP
After submitting the registration form, ADA99 sends a 6-digit OTP (one-time password) to the phone number you entered. The SMS typically arrives within 30–60 seconds.
Enter the 6-digit code in the verification field on screen. The code is valid for 5 minutes — you have plenty of time. If you haven't received it after 60 seconds, a "Resend" button becomes available.
If the OTP doesn't arrive:
- Check your phone signal — SMS requires cellular connectivity, not just WiFi
- Verify you entered the correct number in +60 format
- Check for SMS-blocking apps (some security apps filter unknown senders)
- Maxis and Celcom users occasionally report 1–2 minute delays during peak hours (evenings and weekends)
- If the OTP fails 3 consecutive times, contact ADA99 support via live chat for manual verification
Once the OTP is accepted, your account is created and you're automatically logged in. The next step is making your first deposit.
Making your first deposit
After logging in, navigate to the Cashier or Deposit menu in the top-right corner. ADA99 supports DuitNow QR (fastest), FPX online banking, TNG eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, and bank wire transfer.
For your first deposit, we recommend DuitNow QR — here's the process:
- Select DuitNow QR as your deposit method and enter your deposit amount (minimum RM30)
- A QR code appears on screen
- Open your banking app (Maybank2u, CIMB, Public Bank, etc.) → navigate to DuitNow → select "Scan QR"
- Scan the QR code displayed on the ADA99 cashier page
- Confirm the transaction with your TAC or fingerprint
Funds appear in your ADA99 account within 1–2 minutes. The entire process takes three taps in your banking app after scanning.
The minimum first deposit is RM30. To unlock the full welcome offer tier, some promotions may require RM50 — check the current terms on the bonuses page. For a complete guide to every deposit method including FPX and e-wallets, see the full payment methods guide.
Claiming the RM588 welcome offer
The welcome bonus is claimed during your deposit, not before. When you're on the cashier page entering your deposit amount, you'll see a checkbox to opt in to the welcome promotion. Tick that box, then complete your deposit as normal.
The bonus is credited automatically within 5 minutes of a qualifying deposit. You'll see it appear as a separate bonus balance in your account.
Here's the critical part most players overlook: you cannot withdraw any funds until the wagering requirement is met. The requirement is 15× the sum of your deposit plus the bonus, applied to slots only (100% weighting). Live casino counts at 10%, and sports bets count at 0%.
Wagering example:
- Deposit: RM100
- Bonus: RM100 (100% match)
- Total: RM200
- Wagering required: RM200 × 15 = RM3,000 in slot bets
Tip: Stick to high-RTP slots (97%+) like Fortune Mouse or Mahjong Ways 2 when clearing your wagering. Higher RTP means your bankroll lasts longer, letting you complete the requirement with less risk. Avoid exceeding the RM5 per-spin maximum bet limit while the bonus is active — going over voids the bonus entirely.
The bonus expires in 30 days if wagering isn't completed. For the full terms and comparison with other platforms, visit the bonuses guide.
Common registration problems & fixes
- OTP not received — Check your phone signal and ensure you entered the correct +60 number. Tap "Resend" after 60 seconds. If OTP fails 3 times, contact ADA99 live chat support for manual verification.
- Username already taken — Append digits to your preferred name (e.g.,
player99instead ofplayer) or add an underscore variant. - Password rejected as too weak — Use a passphrase with mixed characters, such as
RedDragon2026!. Single dictionary words and common patterns (123456, password) are always rejected. - Phone number format error — Use the full international format: +60 followed by your number without any leading zero. Example: +60161234567, not 0161234567.
- Page won't load — Check if you have a VPN active. Some VPN providers are blocked by the operator. Disable the VPN and try again on your regular connection.
- Deposit failed — Check your DuitNow daily limit in your bank app. Each bank has its own cap (Maybank: RM50K, CIMB: RM30K). If you've hit the limit, try FPX or wait 24 hours.
- Bonus didn't credit — Wait 5 minutes after deposit. Then check the Promotions tab in your ADA99 account. If the bonus still hasn't appeared, contact support with your deposit reference number.
- KYC document rejected — Submit a clear scan of your MyKad showing both front and back. The file must be under 5 MB. Blurry photos, cropped edges, and expired IDs are the most common reasons for rejection.
