ada99my.com ("we", "our", "us") is operated by JCTechDigital Solution (JCTechDS), a sole proprietorship registered in Malaysia. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and disclose personal data in accordance with the Malaysia Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA 2010) and applicable regulations. By using this website, you agree to the practices described below.

1. Information we collect

We collect the minimum personal data necessary to operate this site and improve user experience:

Automatically collected: IP address, browser type and version, device type, operating system, referring URL, pages visited, time and duration of visits. This is collected through standard server logs and analytics services.
Provided by you: If you contact us via the contact form, WhatsApp, or email, we collect the information you provide (name, email address, phone number, message content).
Cookies and similar technologies: See Section 3 below.

We do not collect identity-card details, payment card numbers, banking credentials, or any data that would identify you as an account holder on ada99.asia. Account registration and play happen entirely on ada99.asia, not on this website.

2. How we use your data

We use collected data for the following purposes, each with a lawful basis under PDPA 2010:

To operate and improve the website — analyse traffic patterns, identify popular content, fix technical issues. Lawful basis: legitimate interest.
To respond to enquiries — reply to your contact-form submissions or WhatsApp messages. Lawful basis: performance of pre-contractual / contractual steps at your request.
To prevent fraud and abuse — detect and block automated scrapers, spam, and security threats. Lawful basis: legitimate interest.
To comply with legal obligations — respond to lawful requests from Malaysian authorities. Lawful basis: legal obligation.

We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your data to target you with third-party advertising on other platforms.

3. Cookies and tracking

This site uses the following cookie categories:

Strictly necessary: Session cookies that maintain language preference (EN/ZH selection). Cannot be disabled without breaking site functionality.
Analytics: Google Analytics 4 cookies (`_ga`, `_ga_*`) that record anonymised visit data. IP addresses are truncated. You can opt out at Google's official opt-out page.
Affiliate attribution: When you click a referral link, your browser passes a UTM parameter to ada99.asia. We do not store this parameter — it is used by ada99 to attribute referrals to our account.

You can disable cookies entirely through your browser settings. Doing so may break language switching and analytics but will not prevent you from reading our content.

4. Third-party services

The following third parties may receive limited data when you interact with this site:

Google (Analytics, Fonts): page views (anonymised), font requests. Governed by Google's Privacy Policy.
Cloudflare: CDN and security. Receives request IP for traffic routing. Governed by Cloudflare's privacy policy.
ada99.asia: When you click an outbound referral link, you leave our site. From that point, ada99.asia's privacy policy applies. We do not control or share data with them beyond the UTM attribution parameter.

5. Data retention

We retain server log data for 90 days. Contact-form submissions and email correspondence are retained for 2 years from last contact for support continuity, then deleted. Analytics data follows Google's standard retention (default 14 months) and is then automatically purged.

6. Your rights under PDPA 2010

You have the right to:

Access the personal data we hold about you.
Correct inaccurate or outdated data.
Withdraw consent for processing (where consent is the legal basis).
Object to processing for direct-marketing purposes (we do not currently do direct marketing; this right exists as protection).
Request deletion of data, subject to overriding legal obligations.
Lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Commissioner of Malaysia.

To exercise any of these rights, please contact us with your request. We will respond within 21 days, as required by PDPA 2010.

7. Children's privacy

This website is intended for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us immediately and we will delete it.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision. Material changes will be highlighted with a notice on this page for 30 days. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
