Payment methods overview
ADA99 supports six deposit and withdrawal methods, all tailored for the Malaysian banking ecosystem. Every method is fee-free for standard transactions — the operator absorbs processing costs.

*Bank wire: ADA99 charges no fee, but your bank may charge RM0.50–1.00 for outgoing transfers.
For most players, DuitNow QR is the recommended default — it's the fastest for both deposits and withdrawals. FPX is the best alternative for larger transactions. E-wallets (TNG, Boost, GrabPay) are ideal for smaller, frequent deposits.
DuitNow QR walkthrough
DuitNow QR is the fastest deposit method on ADA99 — the entire process takes under 60 seconds once you have your banking app open. Here's the step-by-step:
- Login to ADA99 and navigate to Cashier → Deposit
- Select DuitNow QR and enter your deposit amount (minimum RM30)
- A QR code appears on screen — this code is unique to your transaction and expires after a few minutes
- Open your banking app (Maybank2u, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, or any DuitNow-participating bank) → navigate to DuitNow → select "Scan QR"
- Scan the QR code displayed on the ADA99 cashier page
- Confirm the transaction with your TAC code or fingerprint/Face ID
Funds appear in your ADA99 account within 30–60 seconds of confirmation.
Troubleshooting:
- QR expired: Refresh the cashier page to generate a new code
- Amount mismatch: Cancel and re-scan with the correct amount
- Bank app frozen: Force-close the app and retry; the QR remains valid for a few minutes
Bank-specific daily limits: Maybank allows up to RM50,000/day via DuitNow; CIMB caps at RM30,000. Check your bank's specific limit in the app settings before large deposits. For a detailed bank-by-bank walkthrough, see our DuitNow casino deposit guide.
FPX online banking guide
FPX (Financial Process Exchange) is Malaysia's real-time online banking gateway, connecting ADA99 to all major Malaysian banks. It's the most widely compatible deposit method.
Supported banks: Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank PBe, RHB, Hong Leong Connect, Bank Rakyat, AmBank, and Bank Islam (verify the full list on ADA99's cashier page).
Process:
- Select FPX as your deposit method in the ADA99 cashier
- Choose your bank from the dropdown list
- You're redirected to your bank's secure login page
- Log in and confirm the payment amount
- After confirmation, you're automatically redirected back to ADA99
Processing time: Typically 5–15 minutes. FPX itself is near-instant, but ADA99's confirmation may add a short delay.
Daily limits vary by bank: Maybank RM30,000, CIMB RM30,000, Public Bank PBe RM10,000 (verify current limits in your bank app).
Common pitfall: Returning to ADA99 too early (before the bank redirect completes) can cause a display mismatch where the deposit looks like it failed. Wait for the automatic redirect — if it doesn't happen within 30 seconds, check your ADA99 balance manually. Contact support with your bank transaction reference if funds don't appear within 15 minutes.
TNG, Boost & GrabPay eWallets
E-wallet deposits on ADA99 are instant — no confirmation wait time. They're the best option for smaller, frequent deposits in the RM30–5,000 range.
Touch 'n Go (TNG) eWallet has the largest user base in Malaysia and supports both DuitNow integration and direct balance transfers. Boost integrates with Boost Pay and RHB banking partnerships. GrabPay leverages the Grab ecosystem familiar to most Malaysian users.
All three e-wallets share the same limits on ADA99: minimum deposit RM30, maximum single transaction RM5,000. Note that your e-wallet app may have its own daily top-up limits independent of ADA99 — check your app settings if a deposit is declined.
E-wallets are ideal for casual players who want to control spending with smaller deposits. The instant processing removes any waiting period between deciding to play and having funds available.
Bank transfer (Maybank, CIMB, PB, RHB, HLB)
Bank wire transfers are suited for amounts above e-wallet limits or when DuitNow/FPX aren't your preference. ADA99 provides bank account details and a unique reference number for each transfer.
Critical step: Include the reference number in your transfer description. Without it, ADA99's system can't auto-match your deposit, and manual matching adds hours of delay.
Processing time: 1–3 hours during banking hours (approximately 9 AM–5 PM on business days). Transfers made after-hours process the next business day. Maybank Instant Transfer takes minutes; Maybank IBG takes 2–4 hours.
All major Malaysian banks are supported. Your bank may charge a small transfer fee (typically RM0.50–1.00 for inter-bank transfers), though ADA99 charges nothing on its end. For deposits above RM10,000, bank wire is often the most practical option since DuitNow and FPX daily limits may be lower at some banks.
Withdrawal process and timing
Your first withdrawal triggers ADA99's KYC verification. You'll need to submit a clear scan of your MyKad (front and back, under 5 MB). The review typically takes 30 minutes during business hours and up to 24 hours outside business hours. This is a one-time process — subsequent withdrawals skip KYC.
After KYC is cleared, withdrawal speeds by method:
- DuitNow QR: <5 minutes for amounts up to RM5,000
- FPX: 15–30 minutes
- Bank wire: 1–3 hours during business hours, 4–24 hours otherwise
Withdrawal limits:
- Minimum per withdrawal: RM50
- Maximum per transaction: RM30,000
- Daily cap: RM50,000 (across all methods combined)
Withdrawals must be made to a bank account or payment method registered under the same name as the ADA99 account holder. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted. If you have an active bonus with incomplete wagering, withdrawal requests are blocked until the wagering requirement is met. Check your bonus status in the Promotions tab before requesting a withdrawal to avoid confusion. For full bonus terms, see the bonuses guide.
